Due to the growing concerns around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Bourbon and Bluegrass Gala. We are extremely saddened that we will not be able to pay tribute to our incredible honoree, Elaine Jabenis, or celebrate the Bright Star production with you. But we do believe this is the best decision for everyone involved.
While we intend to find a way to honor Elaine in the future, we do not currently have plans to reschedule the gala as a whole. However, this event cancellation creates new challenges for our organization as we rely on the funds raised at our annual gala to support our work. We ask you to consider making a 100% tax-deductible donation - which can even be made in honor of Elaine. Your support makes an important impact, especially now.
Please contact Emily Andres, Development Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Join us as we celebrate OCP's upcoming production of Bright Star with bluegrass music, bourbon drinks and good old-fashioned southern hospitality! We will also honor long-time OCP volunteer, supporter and advocate Elaine Jabenis with the OCP Legacy Award.
