We live in a very special community—

one that generously supports causes that improve and enrich the lives of those who live here. This includes support of, involvement in and appreciation for the arts. For 93 years the Omaha community has stood behind and been a part of the Omaha Community Playhouse, making it a cornerstone of our thriving artistic community. You are a special part of that community, and we thank you for your involvement.

Even within our broader community, the Omaha Community Playhouse itself is made up of a number of unique groups that interweave together to make up the intricate fabric of our organization:

subscribers, patrons, donors, volunteer actors and crew, apprentices, skilled artisans and craftsmen, technical production staff, teaching artists, front of house, students and administration. Each group has its own purpose, culture and contribution to the whole, but each also shares a common goal—to enrich the lives of audiences and participants through entertainment, thought-provoking stories and first-hand involvement.

Together these distinct communities make up the spirit of the Omaha Community Playhouse. The Playhouse would not be what it is if even one of these groups was missing. We would not be who we are without you. As the first half of our 2017–18 season comes to a close, we ask you to take or continue to take your integral role in the Playhouse’s loyal community even further by making a tax-deductible contribution today to support our productions, educational programming and our nearly 60-year-old home.

Your contribution will help us grow the Playhouse community and inspire new generations of theatre-goers—helping to keep tickets affordable, programming accessible, educational opportunities possible and ensuring that the Playhouse remains a beloved institution in the Omaha community for years to come.

Thank you for your continued belief in the value of theatre and the importance of the Omaha Community Playhouse in our city.
