Dear Fellow Passionate O.C.P. Supporter (or F.P.O.C.P.S.) -

There are just a handful of 'must-not-miss events', and one of 'em is coming up next weekend (Sat. March 29) at our world renowned Omaha Community Playhouse. It's their major fund raiser for the season ...but more, it's gonna be one of those unforgettable night of nights that you'll be fondly reminiscing about years from now.

Spread throughout the Playhouse, you will enjoy six glorious “destination” cities - each showcasing their own unique cuisine and spirits.

• ATHENS – OPA! Featuring Katie’s Greek Restaurant and Tavern
• CONEY ISLAND – Carnival games & more! Food by Petrow’s Restaurant
• FRANKFURT – Tented outdoor Biergarten with beer, food, & polka
• MADRID – Ole! Enjoy Spanish cuisine & entertainment by Espana
• TOKYO – After sushi from Kona Grill, step up to the mic at the Japanese Karaoke martini bar
• VENICE – The romantic Italian city, featuring food by Vincenzo’s Midtown  

At 9:30, we’ll enter the Playhouse’s mainstage auditorium to enjoy a comedy and music show like no other! Erica Hall will revive her role as Patsy Cline. The breathtaking cast of Crowns will reunite to treat us to a few songs from the show. The lighter-than-air tap ensemble of Swing – The Musical will take center stage. And my gloriously, madly talented friends, Jill Anderson and Seth Fox will duet some of the most memorable songs from this season’s opener Thoroughly Modern Millie.

The mainstage show is hosted by the hilarious improv comedy troupe “The Weisenheimers.”
