Q:What If I Miss My Show?
A:

Bring your ticket(s) to the Box Office anytime on the day of the new performance of the same production. If tickets are available, you may attend the show for a nominal $3.00 re-use fee per ticket. (Sorry, no tickets may be reserved in advance for this special offer. Tickets are subject to availability.)

Q:Can I exchange my tickets?
A:

The Box Office must have possession of your original tickets at least 24 hours prior to your ticket date in order to make an exchange to another performance of the same production.  We do not make any exchanges the day of the performance. Once we have your tickets at the Box Office, we will gladly exchange them for another date within the same production. We do not hold any alternate tickets with a phone call unless the original tickets are in our possession.

Q:What are curtain times?
A:

Performances in the Mainstage Auditorium are Wednesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.  There is only a matinee performance at 2:00 p.m. on the final day of the show.

Performances in the Howard Drew Theatre are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.  There are no Sunday evening performances for our subscription shows, but special engagements may have varying schedules.

Q:What is a Rising Star Ticket?
A:

A Rising Star ticket is for anyone who holds a Rising Star subscription.  This subscription is offered to anyone between the ages of 21 to 35.

Q:Who can qualify for a student ticket?
